Our Speaker this month will be Al Roberson!
Al is a good friend and a very successful fix and flipper. He will be speaking on making a good scope of work for your flips! This is where you can lose or make money on your projects. Here is some info about Al Roberson:
For the last 20+ years, Al has acquired, developed and sold hundreds of real estate investor properties in multiple states. Al also has a real estate brokerage that provides customized listing services for fellow real estate investors. Due to this unique set of skills, Lead Funding had asked Al to help develop business relations and provide inspection and consulting/coaching services for the local lender and its clients. In this capacity, Al reviews and inspects every potential Lead Funding client project. This includes evaluating the scope of work, improvement budget, proposed value, and other criteria to ensure the deal makes sense for Lead Funding, as well as the client/investor. Al also provides real estate design, scope, budget, and construction consulting/coaching throughout the project for the investor client.
Also, there will be a time for attendees to present their deals and/or services to the group. So, bring your deals!
