Clarity in Motion: Last Day of Summer Community Hike

The fall equinox marks the shift into a new season — equal day and night, and the turning of summer into autumn. On the day before the equinox, we’ll gather for a simple hike to move, breathe, and reflect on where we are as the season changes.

On this community hike, we’ll take an easy-to-moderate trail Along the way, we’ll pause for a short reflection circle with a simple seasonal prompt. No pressure to share — just a chance to notice the transition and connect with others.

What to Expect:

• A group hike on Mestaa’ėhehe Mountain Trail
• A brief reflection circle with a seasonal prompt.
• Time to connect with others in a relaxed, outdoor setting.
