Denver OM is excited to offer our next intro class on Saturday February 22nd 2020 from 10:00am to 5:00pm

OM is a 15-minute partnered practice where one partner strokes the other partners clitoris for 15 minutes with no goal other than to feel the sensations in their bodies and be present. In OM, we make an important distinction between climax (a few seconds of physical contractions) and orgasm, which is an energetic state of heightened arousal that ebbs and flows in a continuous manner.

OMing is practiced by couples and singles, and most OMers practice with several trained partners. OM is a safe, highly energizing, intimately connecting, personal growth practice whose benefits extend deeply into the realms of sex, relationship, work, and health.

By bringing meditative awareness to female sexual energy within the safe container of the practice, both partners become more conscious of old patterns, beliefs, and habits. This awareness opens the door to a new, more intimate, more pleasurable and joyful relationship to our own bodies and our partners.
By making it a regular practice, as you would yoga or martial arts, the freedom of expression and connectedness experienced in OM starts to not only be a positive force in your intimate relations but will start to transfer to all other areas of your life.

We understand that the prospect of doing something so intimate and vulnerable with another person can be daunting (we’ve been there). But that’s also the power of the practice. It’s like a laboratory where we get the time and permission to try a new way of doing things, explore, discover and learn, all in a very direct, rubber meets the road kind of way. The practice is carefully designed to make it safe and pleasurable for both partners without the entanglements, obligations, and limitations that characterize most sexual relations. We are excited for you to consider this practice in your life!!!!

This fun and engaging intro class is being taught by Certified Trainers who have many years of experience practicing and teaching OM to individuals and groups in Colorado.

Class cost:
$150 singles
$225 couples

You get 5+ hours of interactive content including:
basic philosophy, benefits, how to set up a nest, how to stroke, how to find partners, demo and Q&A

After the class there is an optional group lab where you can do your first OM. There is no charge for doing the lab (OMing is always free). You have to ask (or be asked by) another lab participant if they want to OM with you, so a partner is not guaranteed. Coaches will be present to guide you.

Hours:
10:00 - 4:00pm* Course work including 1 hour break for late lunch
4:00 - 5:00pm* Optional Lab and closing
* End time may be sooner due to the class pace.
