The Talons Challenge is one of Beaver Creek’s most iconic endurance ski events, 14 black and double-black diamond runs, over 26,000 feet of vertical, all in a single day. Finish all fourteen and earn serious bragging rights and official event swag.

This DOA event is for strong, confident skiers who want to take on a legit mountain challenge alongside other motivated riders.

• Location: Beaver Creek Resort
• Event Dates (official): Feb 21–22, 2026
• Terrain: Black & Double Black Diamond runs only
