Parks and Portraits (Silo Park)

Finally! Health officials agree that we can host meetups again!

Some may not have had their cameras out nearly as much as they would have liked over the last year and a half, so let's start off with an opportunity for people to dust off the rust with this meetup's theme: Back to Basics

This park has so many different features that allow for a wide variety of shots. There's a barn and a silo. There are some great gardens. There is a large area of reeds. Maybe some want to have fun on the playground? Even the benches and rocks provide more options. I can hardly wait to see all of the looks that people come away from this shoot with!

Photographers: Focus on your exposure settings, focus, compositions, and possibly even work on communicating with the models regarding posing. After the shoot, be prepared to share photos with your models and drop some here in the group.

Models: Come ready to shoot! Styling is up to you. Whether the look is something that you want to add to your portfolio, post on social media, hang on your wall, or put on your business page, all styles are welcome! (Just remember this is a public park with families, so nudity/implied probably isn't the best choice.) It would be awesome if some of you brought loved ones for couples and/or family photos too! Variety helps everybody grow!
