This month we have a special guest attorney Alicia M. Buckingham with Estill & Long LLC who will talk about estate planning and why every person regardless of net worth needs a plan. Her main practice areas involve estate planning, tax planning and tax controversy. Previously, Alicia acted as the Associate Director of the University of Denver Graduate Tax Program’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. She also was a professor in the University of Denver and currently teaches continuing education seminars both locally and nationally. She is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, and is a member of the American and Colorado Bar Associations.
