SINK: Rooftop Social

Looking for a low-key way to meet other like-minded, child-free adults in the area?
I’m hosting a SINK gathering inside one of my agencies available listings near Edgewater Public Market, and you’re invited to come hang out, sip something good, and enjoy a relaxed rooftop vibe with great people.

⏰ Time: 4:00 PM start | We’ll hang for a couple hours, then head over to Edgewater public market together after.
This house is vacant and I have an opportunity to host an event that's not at a bar.☺️
✨ What to expect:
• A unique, unfurnished home to explore
• Rooftop deck hangs with fresh air + good energy
• I'll provide Light snacks + a few drinks (non alcoholic and spirits)
• BYO drinks if you’ve got a favorite (no red wine)
• A chance to connect with other SINKs who love community, and good conversation.
