We’re heading up for a laid-back car camping weekend off Guanella Pass Rd (just off Hwy 285 at Grant) and you’re invited. This is all about good people, easy vibes, and unplugging for a bit.
This is car/tent camping, so you’ll have access to your vehicle, but space is limited. Carpooling is highly encouraged so we can keep the area from turning into a parking lot with tents 😅

🚗 Carpool Info:
If you want to carpool, message us directly.
We’ll meet at Phillips 66 (C-470 & Morrison Rd) where you can leave your car safely in the lot.
We each have room for one extra person.
⏰ Arrival + Departure Flexibility:
Come when you can, leave when you need to. Whether you’re rolling in later in the day or heading out early, that’s totally fine.
Just please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly and make sure we have enough parking space for everyone.
🔥 Fire Info:
There may be fire bans in effect, so we’ll keep an eye on that.
- If fires ARE allowed: each group should bring one bundle of firewood
- If NOT: we pivot to headlamps, stories, and maybe a little stargazing magic
🎒 What to Bring (You’re Fully Self-Sufficient):
This is not a hosted camping trip — think of it as a “bring your own adventure” setup:
- Tent / sleeping setup
- Food + snacks
- Drinks + plenty of water
- Camp stove / cooking gear
- Chair / blankets
- Layers (Colorado loves a plot twist at night)
- Highly encouraged to bring you outdoor fur baby (dogs and cats welcome)

No pressure itinerary. Hike if you want, chill if you don’t, connect with new people, play some games, or just enjoy a quiet reset in nature.
