Talking about what virtue means (Virtue-in-the-singular, the cardinal virtues, more detailed taxonomies, etc) is one thing, but how do we go about learning to practice it? Epictetus had some ideas. In this meetup, we'll explore the "Three Disciplines of Epictetus", his general curriculum for cultivating human excellence in terms of desire, action, and assent.
