Evening Loop(ish) Hike: Mt. Falcon Park – West Access (Indian Hills)

Let's escape the heat of the city and enjoy an evening hike at Mt. Falcon Park. All levels of experience are welcome, but if you are looking to set a new Personal Record on your FitBit, this is NOT the hike for you.
We will hike on the Castle Trail 0.8 miles to Walker's Castle, then descend another 0.5 miles to Walker's Dream Trail. From there it's another 0.3 miles to the Summer White House ruin. We will return via the Meadow Trail.

NO SHOWS: If you No-Show to 2 events, you will be removed and banned from this meetup group. So please change your RSVP to “not going” if you are unable to attend.
COVID-19 PROTOCOL: Do not sign up if you:

MEET: Please arrive early to prepare to hike and for introductions as we will start hiking ASAP. If you are not on time, you can catch up with the group.
DISTANCE/GAIN: 3.9 mi RT with 528' total elevation gain (Level: moderate). MAP
WHAT TO BRING: Typical Spring gear, water, snacks, and a "can do" spirit. Temperature should be in the low to mid 50s when we start. The trail may be slick in spots, so you may want to consider having traction devices and trekking poles handy.
DOGS: Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Dogs must be leashed. Waste must be picked up and deposited into receptacles.
