Here are three cookbooks for our Nov. 17 discussion (note: 3rd Tuesday this month):
The Blossom Cookbook: Classic Favorites from the Restaurant that Pioneered a New Vegan Cuisine, by Ronen Seri (2017)
Linda McCartney's Family Kitchen: Over 90 Plant-Based Recipes to Save the Planet and Nourish the Soul, by Linda McCartney (2021)
Peace Kitchen: More than 100 Cozy Plant-Based Recipes to Comfort the Body and Nourish the Soul, by Catherine Perez

Please look at one or more of them, and find one or more recipes that you then try or would like to try. At the discussion tell us: what did you try, and what was your experience?
Alternatively (or also) you can bring other cookbooks you've enjoyed and share a few favorite recipes, particularly "go‐to" quick recipes (with only a few ingredients) or more involved ones you make in bulk and freeze.
Let's exchange a variety of new, tasty recipes--just in time for holiday cooking and baking--that you've returned to over the years!
You need not have attended a previous discussion to join us for this one. We'll discuss the book until about 8:00, followed by open conversation.

The Zoom link to the discussion is posted on the right, visible to those who RSVP. PLEASE NOTE: THIS LINK DISAPPEARS AT THE MEETUP START TIME, THAT IS, 7:00 PM. We'll be available from 6:50 on to help anyone who might need extra time to connect. If you can't get on, call us at 303-300-2368.
We hope you can join us!
