A bi-weekly, joy-forward creative gathering for women
Messy Joy Club is a space to unleash your creativity in joyful community with other women who are actively unlearning the perfectionism that’s been holding them back.
This is not about being “good” at art.
It’s about being human, playful, brave, and connected.

### 🌈 What to Expect Each Gathering

The first hour is a guided, facilitated experience led by a licensed psychotherapist and creative arts therapist. Together, we explore:
🎭 Gentle movement and therapeutic improv to get out of our heads and into our bodies
🎨 Collaborative, messy art-making that invites imperfection, risk-taking, and play
😂 Laughter, connection, and creativity as a pathway back to joy
No experience required. No pressure to perform. You’re always welcome to pass or participate in ways that feel right for you.
The second hour is optional open time, where you’re welcome to:

• continue creating on your own
• collaborate with others
• work on personal projects
• connect and socialize
• or simply rest and enjoy the space
