Todd Bracken, Senior PM
Todd is a former software engineer-turned-product leader based in Denver, CO, where he is helping to shape Loom’s core product strategy. Todd is currently spearheading a suite of AI-driven products to enable remote teams to harness the full potential of video at work. He loves connecting with users, diving deep in to technical problem areas, and shipping new things. In his free time Todd likes to find any excuse to get in the mountains - mostly skiing and biking.

My professional background centers on Product, Program, and Project Management with experience in Account and Operations Management. I have received my Master of International Management with a focus on Enterprise Management. Additionally, I have completed Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) training and am presently certified.
Today, I have more than twenty years of experience in Project Management and have created a successful greenfield IT Project Management Office (PMO) using both traditional waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies to support multiple teams including: networking, infrastructure, server operations, and product and software development. I have lead a range of projects from rehabilitating historic buildings for offices, call centers, and server rooms to deploying, configuring, and developing software solutions like Atlassian Jira Service Desk to support strategic initiatives around the world.
