Campaign Group 2 - DND 5e (updated to Saturday @ noon)

All newbies are welcome, experienced are also welcome, but please be patient with newcomers.
Some walk-ins are welcome at our table if we have the room.

DURATION:
This is an ongoing campaign, meeting once or twice a month, if the majority of the grp can make that happen.

ABOUT THE GAME:
John will be DMing for all Campaign 2 sessions. We love to use grids and follow closely to all DnD rules with few exceptions, and don't do too much homebrew. The setting will be high fantasy, magic and adventure! We will try to tie in backgrounds and such as best as we can. All D&D offical and ua materials, races, and types, are accepted including DnD Beyond, with standard or point buy.

John will go over some house rules during session 0 or for any new comers. Questions are always encouraged.

SAFTEY TOOLS
I expect that this game will initially be an open table in a public venue, so it makes sense to address Safety Tools.
I am open to exploring any safety tools, so please feel free to reach out to me at any time to discuss and review. The last thing I want to do is run a game where our players feel uncomfortable.
LINES AND VEILS
Please reach out to me if you have ideas or suggestions to expand this list. Here are some lines that we should not cross:
At the Table

1. No racism
2. No sexism
3. No foul language (There are kids in the shop. I know that I occasionally let a colorful word fly, but we should attempt to keep it public friendly.)

In the Game

1. No sexual violence.
2. No sexual harassment.
3. No harm to children.
4. No character-driven torture of animals.

PAUSE FOR A SECOND
This is a way for players or GMs to stop what's going on in-game and pop out of character to make sure things are going in the right direction or steer the direction.
The person calling for the pause can bring up what they need, the others agree, and the game moves forward.
