Memorial Weekend Rides (changed) & Hikes (camping in Idaho Springs optional)

Memorial Weekend is coming up and we are going to be camping at the Indian Hot Springs starting Friday the 24th thru Monday the 27th; forecast is high 60s & 70 on Monday. The camp ground is on a first come first serve basis; Coordinate with me to hold spots if you want to camp. I plan on arriving about 9 am Friday the 24th.
The Ride Saturday (60 miles & 4700'): Start in Idaho Springs at 11 am and ride up to the top of Loveland pass and turn around.

The Ride Sunday starting at 10 am: 13.5 miles up to Echo Lake Park (3500') from the Hot Springs and back (17 miles)

13 Miles to Georgetown (1000') from the Hot Springs, have lunch and back (26 miles).
if 1000' wasn't enough you can continue another 2.5 Miles on the bike path to Silver Plume (1700') from the Hot Springs, have lunch and Back (31 Miles)

The Trail Run/Hike on Monday starting at 10 am:
SNOW SHOES will be required!! I just remembered there was 2' of snow on Squaw Pass road last week when we rode it. In fact the trail may not even be accessible this early in the season. If this is the case then we will try TR52 that starts at Echo Lake and goes up to the Chicago Lakes.
Start/park at Summit lake on Hwy 6 (Mt Evens Road).
Summit Lake (http://www.mountevans.com/MountEvansCom/Mount-Evans-AreasSummitLake.HTML) (counter-clockwise) to Mount Spading, then along the northwest ridge of Mount Evans to the top. The 2 1/2 mile hike has an elevation gain of 1,800 feet, but gives you the opportunity to climb two mountains. Have lunch at top and head back.

Hot Mineral Swimming Pool is $17 per person or free with room rental.
