About us
This group is for young adults in Denver who would like to have adventures, in and outdoors, with new and old friends. If you're in Denver and would like to make some new friends, come join us!
We want to extend a strong welcome specifically to people who are new in town. This is a group where you will fit in and make your first friends. CO native? You too.
We do a wide variety of events - board games, happy hour, concerts, amusement parks, camping, road trips - if you have a suggestion, just tell an organizer.
We ask that you lead by example, and we'll do our best to do the same.
Do the right thing. Be friendly. Be tolerant.
Meetup costs around $200/year, plus what we spend on materials for you. We don't charge dues, please offer a few bucks to help out if you can.
If you would like to become an organizer, thoughtfully plan an event, then ask an existing organizer to sponsor your event to start our mentorship process.

Whether you’re a total beginner who just bought a paddle, an intermediate looking for a regular crew, or a seasoned expert ready to show off your spin, this is your spot. Every Wednesday night, we’re gathering for casual, social, and fun pickleball. No pressure, no judgment—just good vibes and great games.### 📍 Where to Find Us

- Exact Spot: Head to the higher courts at the very top. Look for Zhen and a group of friendly people holding paddles near the courts or under the shade structures! Read comments to see what courts we are on.

### 👟 What to Expect
- 19 Outdoor Courts: Plenty of space to play. Courts 18 & 19 are drop-in play, stack paddle play
- All Skill Levels Welcome: We love mixing beginners and intermediates to keep it social, but we can also set up competitive games for the experts.
- Open Rotation: We’ll rotate players after games so everyone gets a chance to play and meet new people.
- First-Come, First-Served: The courts are public and unreserved, so flexibility is the name of the game!

🃏 EUCHRE NIGHT: Play the Midwest's Favorite Card Game!
Schoolyard Beer Garden, 1115 Alcoma Street, Denver, CO, USMissing your Buffalo, NY roots? Feeling nostalgic for the Midwest? Or have absolutely no idea what a left bower is, but want to find out?
Then pull up a chair—Euchre Night is for you!
Join us for a casual evening of cards, drinks, friendly competition, and questionable strategic decisions to celebrate the beloved card game that Midwesterners have been aggressively teaching their friends/family for years. This event will be held at 📍**Schoolyard Beer Garden** in the large outdoor seating area (will be inside if weather unfavorable). There is usually free street parking or low-cost lot parking, and no pressure if you need to leave before 9:00 PM. We sometimes go until 10:00 if things get competitive!Never played before? No problem! Beginners are absolutely welcome, and we'll teach you everything you need to know—from "trump" and "bowers" to why someone just looked personally offended when you didn't follow suit ("reneging").
Already a Euchre pro? Come find your people, grab a partner, and show us what you've got!
We'll rotate tables and partners throughout the evening so you'll have opportunities to meet new people, play a few hands, and perhaps discover your new favorite card-game rival.👉 Click here for a euchre overview/intro
🏆 And stay tuned! As our Euchre community grows, we may occasionally shake things up with friendly, low-stakes tournaments, prizes, and other special events.
Come for the cards. Stay for the camaraderie. Leave arguing about whether you should have called trump. 🃏🍺PLEASE NOTE: Euchre is played in groups of 4, so we need at least 4 participants per event to avoid canceling. The venue location may be subject to change and event dates may be adjusted once the Buffalo Bills' regular season begins. Bills Mafia for life! 🦬
