🥾 Trail Time | Fall Colors 🍁🍂 is a volunteer-led, bi-weekly hike series for staying active, exploring Colorado’s fall scenery, and connecting with others. Hikes range from easy to hard.

⛰️ Eldorado Canyon Trail • 🥾 ~6.8 mi • ↗️ ~1,965 ft gain • ⬆️ High point: 7,096 ft • 🔄 Out & Back • 💪 Hard • 🕒 ~4.5 hrs

🥾 Boots hit the trail: 9:50 AM
🐶 Dogs: Allowed (on leash)
🚻 Restrooms: Available
🥪 Bring water and snacks for our recharge break

🎒 GEAR: ❄️ Microspikes or Yaktrax • Hiking poles • 🥾 Sturdy hiking shoes with ankle support

📲 Navigation & Buddy System: Download the AllTrails route for offline use. If you're moving faster or slower than the main group, we encourage teaming up with hikers at a similar pace and sticking together when possible.

🚗 CARPOOLING IS MANDATORY (Limited parking + more room for a bigger crew! 🙌)

📍 Meet: Green benches near Section DD at Wooly Mammoth Park & Ride (follow event pin).

🕘 Meet: 9 AM
🚙 Depart: 9:10 AM sharp

🥾 We’ll divide carpools by hiking pace and stagger our park entrance.

🍽️ OPTIONAL POST-HIKE LUNCH
We hike together, then let democracy handle lunch. We suggest the Golden Mill since this is a larger group.🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️
