Mardi Gras Murder Mystery, Dinner and Dance Party

Come join us for a night that you will hopefully never forget. It's Mardi Gras time and we have a variety of fun all lined up for you. We'll start with a dinner right from the kitchens of New Orleans at 6 pm, featuring a Jambalaya dish, Cajun creamy pasta with optional blackened shrimp, our Back Country Potato salad, a veggie tray, fruit skewers, garlic bread and a dessert offering. Doors open at 5:45 pm.

Then we will follow with one of our favorite Murder Mysteries spoofing the song Copacabana at 7 pm. This is where we will break down in groups of 6 to form detective teams to solve this homicide. We will need at least 9 volunteers to read character parts, (6 will be suspects). The best performance of a character will win a prize. So, who killed Tony? Was if Lola, the showgirl? Rico, the jealous high roller? Heaven, the choreographer? Lucy, the candy/cigarette girl? Aruba, the club manager? or Ricardo, the band leader? If your team correctly solves the mystery, each member will receive a free admission to our Gourmet Barbecue in June, ($25 value).

We will complete the evening with dancing from around 8:15 pm to 11 pm. Costumes or masks are encouraged, please wear some beads at the least. Admission to the dinner, Murder Mystery and dance is only $30, cash at the door. Dinner includes refreshments, (non alcoholic), but you may bring any adult beverages of your own if you desire. Present your 5280 Discounts Card to receive $5 off admission. Don't have a discount card? Purchase a card, ($30 value) and admission at the door on the night of the event for only $45. We will set up a separate Meetup event window for dancing only from 8-11 pm for only $10 cash at the door, so don't RSVP for dancing only on this Meetup event, as we have only room for 32 attendees for the dinner/Murder Mystery portion. We will be filling the dinner/mystery reservations before we set up the dance only Meetup event.
