Bergen Peak/ Elk Meadow mtn bike ride

Come join us for a ride up Bergen Peak! We will meet at the lower Elk Meadows / Bergen Peak Parking Lot at 5:15 for a 5:30 departure. Plan on about 11 miles and 2200 ft of climbing. https://www.strava.com/activities/5519623136
Please consider that, due to pace, steepness and technical terrain, this is NOT a beginner ride. You must be in good physical shape and have the technical skills to negotiate rocks, roots and other trail obstacles.
Make sure your bike is in a good working order and you come equipped to handle mid-ride issues like flat tires, etc. Wearing a helmet is required. Bring plenty of water, a tube, rain jacket, pump/CO2 and multi-tool. E-bikes are welcome as long as you know proper rules, etiquette and are comfortable handling any issues with your bike.
