DSDS at Trail Winds Dog Park - Sunday, 10 am - 12 pm

Join us on Sunday at the Trail Winds Dog Park in Thornton in the low energy play area from 10 am to 12 pm. Please feel free to join us for all or part of that time.

Sunday is predicted to be very hot, so we will be meeting at one of the few parks that has an adequate shade roof. Make sure to bring water for your dog and a spray bottle or other way to cool them down.

Turn off Holly Street and head to the roundabout and veer west to follow the sign to the dog park. The dog park is located right behind Trail Winds Recreation center. This is a very nice park, with a small dog section as large as the big dog side, and adequate shade, so worth the drive.

Note: If you bring dog treats, please ask the pet parent before feeding to a dog that is not your own. Some dogs may be on special diets due to medical problems.

Come browse the swap box for small dog toys, leashes, harnesses, clothing, accessories, etc. to find treasures you can use or donate items you no longer need. Feel free to take stuff as the box is overflowing.

No fee, however, donations of $1 to $5 are greatly appreciated to help with the Meetup.com fee of $179 twice a year. There will be a donation box at the event.
