This will be a special edition of depolarization dialogues -- we will be meeting on our century-old wooden yacht in Sausalito! This special event will be limited to 6 guests. RSVP required.

Directions: The boat is docked at Pelican Harbour in Sausalito. The address is 200 Johnson St.

Go to the end of Johnson St and walk down the ramp to the dock on the LEFT side of the street by the sign that says Pelican Harbor. We are in slip 28, the second to last boat on the right at the end of the dock (about 100 yards from the street). Please allow at least 15 minutes to find parking and make your way to the boat.

PARKING:
Street parking is available on Bridgeway and there is a large public lot off Johnson St next to the marina.

MEETUP INFO:
It often feels like progressive and conservative Americans do nothing but attack each other. While this may be true in statehouses, online and in the media, when we connect in our day-to-day lives, it is clear that we are more alike than different.

This discussion group is for anyone interested in reaching out across the political divide and getting to know their neighbors. While we may share different perspectives on the hot-button issues of the day, this is an opportunity to get to know the ordinary people behind the politics and learn what makes them tick.

The goal is to turn down the volume on political rhetoric and move towards national unity, one conversation at a time. There is no set structure for the group. The only requirements are a willingness to share openly and listen respectfully, without judgement.
