This is a relatively small informal meeting for those with Depression and other Mood Disorders. Some other mood disorders are Bipolar, Social Anxiety, OCD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. The weekly meetings make it possible to meet others with similar problems and talk without needing to censor our health problems.
We respect privacy and do not harvest personal contact information. Personal information discussed at the meeting is not to be shared outside of the meeting. No photos will be taken. This is not an online event.

We usually sit in the room in the right side of the restaurant.
** RSVPs are not required, BUT they are extremely important for several reasons. People are interested in seeing whether others are attending. Sometimes they decide not to attend because there are few RSVPs. The number of RSVPs is often less than the actual number of attendees. If possible please RSVP several days before the meeting. Last minute RSVPs are much less helpful.
