## Who We Are
We are a nonprofit community rooted in Turning Within, a depth work practice designed to explore the architecture of meaning and reclaim the parts of ourselves we’ve hidden, repressed, or denied.
Our weekly integration group offers a safe, sacred space for personal transformation. Whether you’re new to inner work or have walked this path for years, you’ll find support, reflection, and practical guidance as you re-author the meaning that shapes your life.

## What to Expect

Each session is led by trained practitioners who facilitate practices drawn from depth psychology, mindfulness, and archetypal exploration. From somatic presence to long-form inquiry, you’ll learn to navigate your inner world with clarity and precision.

OnlineShadow: That part of the self you hide, repress, or deny.
Shadow Work: The subjective experience of diving into your deep conscious to unlock insights, break through barriers, and heal wounds that have you stuck in cycles of suffering.
Shadow Integration: Integrating the insights gained through shadow work into life. Integration is always done “in-theater” or while living out daily life.
Welcome to Turning Within Shadow Integration! In this session, we will explore the shadow, the parts of ourselves that we often hide, repress, or deny. We believe personal power comes from bringing those hidden parts into our lives and integrating them.

As shadow practitioners, we understand that true healing begins on the inside. We also understand the impact of the first rule of shadow work: We lie to ourselves first.
We must choose to uncover the shadows that drive us to heal ourselves and, ultimately, the world. Alan Watts once said, "life is like a mirror with no edges, and only by taking back our projections and owning our shadows can we have genuine relationships with others."
This is the container to bring that work forward.
Our group focuses on doing the necessary shadow work to pull back our projections and own our shadows. We have a four-round check-in, and while stating your work doesn't necessarily mean you have to do work, the first round is a check-in round to seal the container so that those bringing their work can do so in a safe container. Owning where you are resistant can be a significant step forward. Insight is the first step in successful integration.
To participate, you must be present for the check-in round to be admitted into the work round.
Our group sessions will be held every Monday at 6pm EST for about 2 hours, depending on the presented work and time constraints. We will all rise together; this is the value of tribe. This work creates a practice and container in which we consistently see growth in each other's lives.
Please be aware that we close access to this group once check-in is complete to preserve the container’s integrity, build a tribe, and keep confidentiality for those choosing to do their work. We look forward to having you join us in this powerful tribe.1 attendee
