Who’s up for a fresh-air adventure this Sunday? 🌞 The Manifold Track is calling! It’s a gorgeous, traffic-free trail that winds through the heart of the Peak District 🌿, following the old Leek & Manifold Light Railway. 🚂➡️🚴

Here’s what to expect:
• 🌳 Scenic valleys & limestone hills – you’ll cycle through lush countryside with rolling views all around.
• 🏞️ Thor’s Cave – an epic limestone cavern carved into the cliffside, perfect for a photo stop! 📸
• 🌸 Wildlife & wildflowers – the track follows the River Manifold, so expect kingfishers, butterflies, and plenty of colour.
• 🚴‍♂️ Smooth, easy riding – the trail is mostly flat and family-friendly, making it ideal whether you’re a steady cruiser or a speedier spinner.
• 🍰 Cosy stop-offs – cafes and picnic spots along the way for that all-important tea and cake refuel. ☕🍰

It’s about 9 miles each way from Hulme End to Waterhouses, so you can do as much (or as little) as you fancy – with stunning views the whole way. 🌄
