Join Yoga in the Peaks for a special pop up , a chance to experience Yin Yoga which comprises a series of asana where we hold for 3 to 5 minutes. Our experienced instructor will guide you through a rejuvenating session to cultivate inner peace and mindfulness. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this event is open to all levels. A chance to join like minded individuals and share a tea or coffee following the event, which allows for a social interaction to meet others.

Nina is a trained yoga teacher who has recently returned from India form a Yoga training and is keen to share her knowledge.
Nina has taught classes in London and at a wellness retreat in Cambodia.
