Join us for a mid summer rejuvenating workshop focused on the power of conscious breathing and meditation in the serene setting of the Peaks.
This session will include a blend of guided meditation techniques to help you tap into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.
Please bring your own mat and blanket for added comfort during the session.
An opportunity to Connect with like-minded individuals and have a chat and a cup of tea following the class
13:30 Introductions
13:40 Opening of the class and guided meditation
13:45 Gentle warm up
13:50 Move through a series of asanas, holding the pose for 2-3 mins to noursih the body
14:30 Class comes to an end with a deep relaxing savassana
This class is designed for anyone and you do not have to have previously practicsed any form of Yoga, I hope to schedule this as a regular event, so that everyone can feel the benefits of Yin Yoga.
