Walk @Rufford Abbey

Join us for at the beautiful Rufford Abbey Country Park It’s the perfect spot to stretch your legs, and explore the historic 12th-century abbey ruins, scenic woodlands, and formal gardens.

Meeting place will be the car park.

The main circular trail around the park and lake is 3.1 km (approx. 2 miles) long and takes about 35 to 45 minutes to complete at a leisurely pace.

Entry to the park itself is completely free. For those driving, standard all-day parking is £7 per car.

We can grab a warm drink or a bite to eat at the onsite Coach House Café or the Courtyard pizza van after our walk if we fancy.
