Come along to our first discussion and meet other spiritually minded people interested in emotional and physical health. This will be a relaxed evening to discuss meditation and mindfulness and how it can be applied to our daily lives to improve our emotional and physical health.
Mindfulness can help us relax and be more present but it can also help us bring awareness to unhealthy habits, such eating food that we said we'd cut out or avoiding the gym when we signed up for 6 months. When we have an awareness of why we choose certain actions that may not be good for our health, we can change them and start to improve our wellbeing one step at a time.
