Objectified: Make and Watch

Welcome back parti-ers! We will be watching 'Objectified' by Gary Hustwit, a documentary about life in the industrial design industry.

Objectified is a feature-length documentary about our complex relationship with manufactured objects and, by extension, the people who design them. What can we learn about who we are, and who we want to be, from the objects with which we surround ourselves?

Industrial designers think up and create many of the object you see around you that you use everyday; phones, chairs, cars, socks, you name it!

As a compliment to the movie, we will be creating our own design! With a prompt TBD. At the end of the event you'll have a chance to present your masterpiece to the crowd!
