While not specifically a "3D Printing" topic, 3D Scanning and 3D Printing tend to go hand-in-hand, so let's discuss what is possible with today's 3D scanners and 3D scanning software! Whether you want to reproduce a broken part, or make something that fits with existing parts, 3D scanners can be a very valuable tool in your arsenal! There's a huge range of scanners, from your smartphone all the way up to something that costs as much as a house. What's the best option, and what can you do with it?!?
Also, for our April Print-of-the-Month our group has voted to print "Games!" These can be board games, yard games, card games, (mind games) or anything else that fits in the category of a game or game piece. Maybe we'll even leave some extra time at the end for our attendees to play some of these games together!
