Neurodivergence, Neuroscience and Neural Nets

My name is Francesca Johnson and I have been consulting in the Data Science/Analytics space for about 3 years now. My undergraduate degree is in Psychology and Business, so I've been fascinated by neuroscience my whole life. I graduated with my master's from Iowa in 2021 and switched careers. Best leap I ever made!

We have all heard about LLMs these days, but have you made the connection to the human brain? Well, I did, and I'd love to share with you an abridged version in 40 minutes, and then allow networking and discussion too!

This is the story of how I retrained my neuropathways to overcome the neurodivergence I've experienced thus far in my life, in a world that doesn't quite understand me yet. This will be a discussion-style presentation, with a background to start us with neurodivergence and neuroscience before going to tech. Then we'll look at how your brain is like an LLM!
