Old-world cuisine is brought to the modern table at Chef George Formaro’s Cask and Crust. Enjoy classic dishes and cuisine reinterpreted through the eyes of a chef and food historian with a special focus on artisan wines, rustic breads and pastry.

Doors open at 5:30, but service starts promptly at 6:00 p.m.

Tickets are $98 and include a welcome drink, 5 course dinner (including dessert) and gratuity. The menu can be found under the link above. With taxes, it is $103.90.

Individuals need to reserve on this site by Tuesday January 20th (though we might squeak by with an early morning Wednesday). You also need to purchase your ticket through D'Jango. Once I have the list of people reserved on here, I will email D'Jango so we can sit together. They are seating people 8 to a table, and I need to inform them names from our group so we can sit together.
