The Flow of Consciousness

Mari Hamersley will present “Flow as a Tool for Growth in Consciousness.” She will relate what she knows about the smooth flow of energies in a person’s life, for creativity, peace, healing, and productivity.

You’ll identify how to recognize when you are in a state of peaceful entrainment inwardly and outwardly and when you are not and then explore ways to regain and maintain that state of mind. With many personal stories of doing that successfully as well as having an exercise in revising your outlook on the activities in your life to make them run smoother, important insights can be gained.

There will be opportunities to share your success stories with flow also.
