The Mindful Way Through Stress and Worry - A Six Week Class

Details
Hello!
I'm teaching a new mindfulness class starting May 24th. You'll learn how to practice mindfulness meditation, or strengthen your practice if you already meditate. You'll also learn mindfulness techniques to use in daily life to reduce the stress and worry so many of us are experiencing right now.
The class is interactive and engaging. It will include periods of meditation practice, didactic training, and group discussion. You'll be asked to complete 15-20 minutes of daily home practice throughout the course. No meditation experience is needed to attend.
Scientific studies continue to show how beneficial practicing moment-to-moment awareness can be for our physical and emotional health and well being, especially during these difficult times. I hope you'll consider joining me.
Dates - Six Tuesdays beginning May 24th and ending June 28th
Time - 5:30 PM to 7 PM
