There is an intent to collaborate around investing in Des Moines Iowa. The intent of this group is for the members that are currently investing to provide advice to other members in the group.
Des Moines real estate is very similar to other cities throughout the country, but it is VERY different than many of the other cities.
It is important for those investing in an area to have a network of connections in that area such as property managers, lenders (banks, private money, hard money), and contractors.
