- Let's Learn MahjongDes Plaines Public Library, Des Plaines, IL
This Mahjong workshop introduces participants to the traditional game of Mahjong. In this session, experienced instructor Simon Guo will cover the basic rules, strategies, offer hands-on practice, and explain the benefits of Mahjong which include: enhancing cognitive skills like memory and problem-solving while promoting social interaction.
Participants of the first session can and should register for the second session on July 8th if they are able to attend, as the second class will teach new content. However, newcomers who can only come to the 2nd workshop are welcome if spaces are available.

Come join us for a D&D One Shot Experience at the Library! New and experienced players alike are welcome! Dice, pens, and paper will be provided, laptops available upon request.
This event will be held at the Des Plaines Public Library in Meeting Room A on the first floor.
