Plant Walk and Mushroom Intro

Free Event! This will be a plant talk hosted by Wild Earth Guardians and that’s what Alchemist and I will take place at the white mountains nature center. Well focused on local plants and mushroom foraging in the white mountains.
Could we heal a hurt forest with fungus? Join @WildEarthGuardians' Dr. Lisa Markovchick for a short presentation about the world of possibilities with myco-restoration and forest health. Hernan Castro, of the @Desert_Alchemist, will also lead a brief discussion about local native plants and their cultural and medicinal uses.
Afterward, guests will do a short walk around the @WMnaturecenter, identifying endemic plants and enjoying the forest. This event is FREE and open to the public. — come learn about forest fungi and how to be a Guardian our precious wildlands.
