This session will focus on helping participants craft resumes that stand out in today’s competitive tech job market. We’ll cover common mistakes, actionable strategies to showcase unique value, and ways to tailor resumes for specific roles. The goal is to equip attendees with tools and insights that increase their chances of landing interviews.

Speaker -Mr. Itay Sharfi, an adjunct professor of Computer Science at Cal State Fullerton with over 20 years of experience in the tech industry. I’ve held roles at Google, Nokia, Moody’s, and Hewlett Packard and have reviewed thousands of resumes throughout his career. He also run Application Owl, a platform where I provide free resume evaluations, career tips, and webinars to help candidates excel in their job search.
