Design And Flow | Human-Centered Process Mapping in Action
Details
Curious about the intersection of Design and Flow?
In this session, we’ll use a fun, low-stakes example to experience how process mapping — with a human perspective — can bring clarity, spark collaboration, and reveal opportunities to improve any process. You’ll leave with the confidence to start applying the same approach to your own work or team challenges.
Through a mix of presentation and collaborative activities, we’ll explore:
- How to visualize the real flow of a process (without fancy software)
- Simple mapping techniques that you can reuse at work or at home
- How to spot friction points and opportunities for improvement
Agenda:
- 3:00pm - 3:10pm: Welcome and kickoff from Navicet
- 3:10pm - 4:25pm: Intro (presentation) and collaborative activities (in Miro)
- 4:25pm - 4:40pm: Open Q&A
- 4:40pm - 5pm: networking mix and mingle in breakout rooms
