About Ana Isabel Palacios
Ana is a strategic designer with master’s degrees in Service Design and Sustainability. She led the Medellín Smart City program and later worked in New York as a Design Lead guiding service innovation across industries. Today, she is a Senior Program Manager at Navicet and teaches postgraduate courses in service design, innovation, and sustainability. Ana’s work is grounded in curiosity, adaptability, and a deep commitment to making design methods approachable and actionable in complex environments.
