Through a mix of presentation and collaborative activities, we'll explore:

  • What human-centered change means, why it matters, and how it differs from traditional change management approaches
  • A simple, human-centered framework for thinking and talking about change
  • Where AI can responsibly support human-centered change -- helping teams explore options, synthesize inputs, and test ideas quickly while keeping people and judgment at the center
  • A chance to reflect and connect with peers in small-group breakout rooms
