Designing for healthcare is often focused on solutions for patients and providers. However, there is an entire area that can benefit from design expertise: educating healthcare workers.

How do we train the Nursing Assistants of the future? Natalie Sulpizio from NextStep will be discussing the unique challenges of delivering streamlined access to healthcare careers and how design shapes a rethinking of certified nursing assistant education.
