Lloyd Bagtas is the Head of UX Design and Research at Amazon. He's helped shape experiences on the Alexa ecosystem (Echo earbuds, Alexa Auto and the Alexa App) as well as shaping the Microsoft Hololens AR expeirence. Lloyd is committed to shaping future generations of UX designers, and currently focuses on career pathways in design via the newly formed Amazon Apprenticeship.
