With a grounded approach in psychology and design thinking, Jackie immerses herself in creating strategies and executing on the tactics that allow designers to focus on creating engaging product design experiences for millions of people across the world. As the first DesignOps Lead at Roblox, Jackie creates impact by bringing her designers along the journey of experimentation and empowers designers to be the best version of themselves. Before Roblox, Jackie kicked off her career in Design Operations at Electronic Arts, establishing design operations at EA for the first time. Jackie recently joined Roblox as their first and only Design Operations Lead and looks forward to growing the team.
