Before moving to Barcelona, Eugene Yarovoy built a design agency from scratch in the Russian-speaking market. The agency grew to €3M in annual revenue, a team of 80 people, and a roster of top-tier clients.
While the market was different, many of the same principles still apply. Eugene has also seen these principles prove effective with other teams.
