Both have been freelancing on and off for over 15 years and they will take you along their freelance road trip; turning points, failures, joys, and pains. Freelancing is a true career choice, with pitfalls, setbacks, challenges, and achievements all of its own.

//About the speakers

Andrea Vos introduces herself "Leveraging my expertise in product and service design, I take pride in my ability to connect strategy, prototyping, execution and operations, being the linking pin between all these phases from a design perspective. I’ve worked successfully for international clients such as Ahold Delhaize, Rituals, Ministerie van VWS, Port of Amsterdam, Philips, G-star, KLM, and KPN."

Anouschka Scholten calls herself a 'change agent'. She sets people and organizations in motion by helping individuals, teams, and organizations to focus on people and their environment in a practical and strategic way. As a trainer and coach and in roles like design researcher, interaction designer, service designer, innovation designer, and nowadays as a policy designer. She is on a mission to make public services more human. Anouschka loves discovery-driven learning and she is a big fan of designing in the open.
