DESIGN WORKSHOP (2D/3D)

Details

### What does it take to become a designer?

Pretty simple:💡 great ideas and the right skills to visualize them.

***

### Workshop:

### ✍️Sketching,🧊3D Modeling &✨Aesthetic Foundations

If you want to improve your 2D sketching, 3D modeling, or both—this is the place for you.
With over 7 years of professional industrial design experience (specialized in motorcycles and vehicles) and a degree from one of the world’s top design schools, I’ll share fundamental and advanced techniques 🛠️:

  • Core fundamentals of sketching and 3D form creation
  • Aesthetic principles—understanding what makes a design visually strong
  • Practical, everyday methods I use professionally

***

### 🧭This workshop is ideal for those who:

  • Aim to study industrial or automotive design
  • Want to enhance their design portfolio
  • Wish to learn drawing/designing vehicles or products
  • Want to pick up 3D modeling
  • Are interested in digital painting and illustration

***

### What you'll do:

  • Structured mini-lessons: short tutorials on a core skill (e.g., form shading or modeling workflows)
  • Hands-on practice: apply what you learn immediately
  • Open collaboration time: work together, exchange feedback and ideas
  • Exploratory exercises: from ideation sketches to simple 3D mockups

***

### 📋Details:

  • Fee: ¥7,000
  • --> Bring:
  • your preferred tools (paper, pen, sketchbook, iPad, laptop)
  • snacks & drinks to stay energized
  • samples of your previous works (if you have any)
  • Important for complete beginners:
  • For digital painting/illustration: please install Krita
  • For 3D modeling: please install Blender

(Krita and Blender are my preferred software, because they are very powerful, easy to learn but also free to use and open source. Therefore I highly recommend these for complete beginners. If you are using Photoshop, Clip Paint Studio or another software, I can still teach you techniques, however I will not be able to help with software-specific questions and problems.)

Looking forward to meeting you and shaping this creative journey together — feel free to message me anytime if you have question!

✌️cheers,
wasi
