Lightning Decision Jam - Remote/Hybrid Working

We are running a Lightning Decision Jam to tackle the challenges around a Hybrid Working Model.

The Lightning Decision Jam (LDJ) is a fast-paced problem-solving exercise. We like to think of this as a 1-hour Design Sprint. As many workplaces adapt to a new Hybrid Working Model, what tools can we use to ensure the level of collaborative teamwork remains high? We will be using the LDJ process through the lens of a Hybrid Working team. You don't need to be familiar with the tools as we will show you as we go along.

As usual, this will be a very hands-on meetup so do come with your video on and ready to get involved (this is not a webinar!) You will jump straight in and take part in the exercise as well as be taught how to run them yourself in your own organisation. We will be using Zoom and Mural to run this event.
