Design Sprint Workshop in conjunction with Academy Xi, Part 1 of 3

Details

** You must register with Academy Xi for this event **

New York Bestseller Sprint by Jake Knapp’s, explores how companies and teams can replicate Google’s sprint process to solve a problem within five days. Originally developed by Knapp during his time at Google Ventures, Design Sprints are becoming more widely used as part of the product development process for both large enterprises and startups.

So how does a design sprint actually work, and how can you devise effective solutions in such a short period of time?

For newcomers to Design Sprints, you’ll see how to discover customer needs and new product ideas, how to validate product hypotheses and how to make key product decisions quicker. If you’re familiar with Design Sprints but are yet to use one, this is a great way to gain initial insights on practical issues such as facilitation, planning and integrating sprints into the overall product development process.

** This is the first of a series of three paid-for workshops. **

Each workshop adds to your body of knowledge, building up to equip attendees with the skills to be immediately productive when participating in a design sprint.
