Join us for a happy hour at Tabaq Bistro on December 13th! Whether you’re a DT:DC first-timer or have been to past events, come out to meet fellow design thinkers, get your creative ideas flowing, and celebrate the holidays!
We’re very excited to host this happy hour to give DT:DC members a chance to meet and greet, but we also hope the event will spur some interesting food for thought. While your creative minds are at work, light food (appetizers) will be served thanks to a couple sponsors. Tabaq Bistro will also be offering happy hour specials for drinks.
What to do ahead of time:
Send us examples of what you think are “GOOD DESIGN” and “BAD DESIGN”. Whether it’s pictures of actual products you love or hate, examples of urban design, ads or marketing materials you've seen – share them with us!
There are 3 ways you can send these in, but Twitter is preferred.
Tweet your pics to @DT_DC, using the #DTDC hashtag. Clarify whether the picture is good or bad design in your mind. (preferred) E-mail your pics to us at dtdc.organizers@gmail.com Bring in hard copy pictures or physical objects to the event There is no attendance cap at this event so feel free to bring your friends that are "Design Thinkers in Training" as well.
